Base auction (open)

i wanted to try this because i sketched this out and i don't know what to do with it so yeah

i tried to be a cheap as possible while still winning something for myself

if this is successful then ill do more
with more complex bases and more detail but that obviously means that the next one will be worth more points but not that much
